Properties manager of the office park where Dunder Mifflin is located. Billy uses a wheelchair and is invited by Michael to speak to the employees about disabilities.

“Your nurse is your girlfriend? That’s hot.”
Billy is the property manager and is disabled. Michael invites him to talk to the office thinking he will talk about disablities, but instead goes over parking lot rules. At the end of the conference Michael admits that he imagined he would be a lot like the guy from born on the 4th of July, but was wrong. He comes to Casino Night and his girlfriend is mistaken for his nurse by Michael.
It takes him 30 seconds to brush his teeth.
Billy is more comfortable in his wheelchair then Michael is around him in it:
“That’s not my nurse. That’s my girlfriend.”
“Let me stop you right there, and leave.”
Nice! I forgot about him from that episode. I just thought he was an employee we hadn’t seen before.
He is astute enough to be the first one to realize that Dwight has a concussion.
His full name is Billy Merchant.
Billy met his girlfriend because she was his waitress at Chili’s.
Late because someone had parked in the handicapped spot, leading to guilty reaction from Michael.
He seems like a really nice and funny guy. It’s unfortunate that he has to be exposed to the craziness that is Michael!! ; )
