Carol is Michael’s realtor, which he bought a condo from. She also accompanied Micheal to Casino Night, in which by doing so made Jan jealous (who was also invited). She seemed to have a good time besides the awkward silence between her and Jan at the bar. Carol and Micheal also saw eachother at the ice rink on his birthday. He had brought the whole office there and she just happened to be there for her daughter’s skating lesson. Michael offered her kids a ride on his hockey stick, and when she said it was okay she fondly smiled at him.

I could have sworn that she could not stand him and his weird questions when she sold him the condo. So it was odd to me when she was so taken with him at the skating rink.
Oh well, my memory fades when it’s not a main character so I’ll wait for the rerun or DVD.

She is Michael’s realter (sold Michael his condo). She appeared in “Michael’s Birthday” when her kids had a skating lesson. Has a thing for Michael. Although Michael invited her to the casino night, you can sense that Michael still likes Jan (at the end of “Casino Night”).

She mentioned to Michael that the community he was entering was gay friendly (she assumed Michael and Dwight were partners) and Michael (not getting her insinuation) was glad.

Carol seems pretty normal, but I got the impression that she may be secretly just like Michael. During “Casino Night” when she’s on the phone with him, Michael says “no problemo!” or something dorky like that and later on in the conversation she echoes him by saying the same thing.
That’s the only explanation I can come up with of why she would date him!

I agree with Sarah. In ‘Casino Night’ even after Michael gave his ridicules speech and acted like a child during the porker game she still seemed to want to stay by his side and didn’t try to get out. Maybe it’s because I think it’s so cute they are together in real life, but I hope they can stay together. : )

Woah, how did I miss this? I don’t understand how she can date Michael… and she didn’t even seem miffed when Jan showed up and Michael was acting all suspicious. Weird.
