An Indian woman, who Michael sometimes speaks to in a “funny” Indian dialect. During the first season, she slapped Michael on Diversity Day. She is also the winner of the elusive “Spicy Curry” Dundee award.

After watching Diversity Day which is from the first season, maybe I’m wrong, but Kelly’s character seems totally different in this episode than her spunky self in the second season. Did anyone else notice this?
Claire, I agree with you completely. Kelly absolutely changed character half way thru the show….which I wasn’t really excited to see.

One of my favorite Kelly moments is when she “innocently” asks Jann what Michael meant when he told them that he got to second base with her in Boys and Girls.

Her funniest moment was when Jim kindly invited her to his Valentine’s Party, and she, having JUST been rebuffed by Ryan, asks if she can bring Ryan. Also, no one wants to sit by her, as Jim quickly learns.

Kelly has evolved from the one of the shyest people in the office to one of the funniest. I love this quest she’s on for Ryan. When they go ice skating and she wraps his arm around her, I could see alot of teenage girls doing this at some point. : ) It was cute.
Another really funny moment from Kelly is when she kissed Dwight at the Christmas Party for some reason. Maybe she was drunk? Angela saw this and got very upset! : )

as for the change of character, well, it was much needed. She used to be just a background “filler” character and now she actually has some funny stuff to contribute.
