At the end of “Boys and Girls,” after Michael wreaks havoc on the warehouse, she changes the sign in the warehouse so that it says “This warehouse has gone 0 days without an accident.”
Another warehouse character that needs to be further developed, the only real info that we have on Madge is that she plays basketball (“Basketball”) and doesn’t enjoy being a part of male bonding time (“Boys and Girls”).
in “Boys and Girls” Madge, being the only woman in warehouse, asks if she should leave the “Guy” meeting. Michael, seemingly confused about her gender, disagrees.
Madge is also the only girl allowed to particpate in the male bonding of “Boys and Girls.”
Michael refers to her as the Eastern European woman.
She initially joins the guys in “Boys and Girls” but then leaves.
In the Basketball episode Michael tells Dwight to cover the East-German girl, Dwight almost gets into a fight with her.
