Phyllis had scoliosis as a child but was a basketball star in high school (which is verified in the basketball episode when she takes a great shot)…this adds depth to her character. We know that she overcame great odds as a child to be able to excel at a sport like basketball in highschool.

She told Angela “I don’t like you” during conflict resolution episode.
Makes a great shot in the Basketball episode.
Played “Catherine Zeta Jones” in Michael’s movie “Threat Level Midnight”
Was excited about the Women in the Workplace day with Jan:
“I love girl talk.”
Calls her boyfriend, Bob Vance, “Bobby”.
Dances with Creed on the Booze Cruise.
Is insulted by almost everyone at some point, including Todd Packer.
Bought cute little lights for the Christmas Party and was embarassed when they didn’t generate much light.
She takes pride in her spreadsheets in “Boys in Girls,” but Angela disagrees.
My personal favorite quote:
“I don’t like you.” to Angela in “Conflict Resolution”

She has apparently had a one night stand before, and is unsure if this needs to be disclosed to HR (probably the best moment of “Sexual Harassment”)
