Traveling Sales Manager- He is an obnoxious travelling sales representative who is good friends with Michael and tells obscene jokes that embarrass everyone but Michael. Michael refers to him as a “good rep.”

    Not a big William Hung fan.

    Once took home twins with Michael, and he slept with them both.

    Can’t drive due to DUI’s.

    Likes to leave presents in the middle of his “friends” office.

    Cannot hold his liquor, passed out within 1/2 an hour at the Christmas party.

    One time he stuck a guy’s head in the toilet for a full minute. The guy didn’t have a very good sense of humor about it which is probably why he didn’t get hired.

    Crude beyond all measure, Todd F. (It stands for Fudge) Packer probably lives alone and has few friends, though one of them is Michael. He makes everyone uncomfortable no matter what the situation with his obcene antics and even worse comments.

    I’m usually not a fan of this character but I loved this joke he said in Sexual Harrasment.

    “…so a guy goes home and tells his wife, “Honey, pack your bags, I just won the lottery.” she goes, “Oh my God, that’s incredible, where are we going?” He goes, “I don’t know where you’re going, just be out of here by five.” — LOL

    I love this character! Each episode he’s in he’s a walking time bomb - he can and will say anything, and in today’s PC, stuffy environment, you just do not see people like this on TV much anymore.

    Todd Packer needs to be on more episodes of the show. They need to devote an entire episode to him and Michael in a flashback to show how they acted when they used to work together.

    I can only but Agree and say Todd Packer needs to been in more episodes, he is hilarious. He is actually t-bones in the new Naked Trucker and T-bones show, and is just as funny if not funnier in that show.
