Writers On The Show

One of the reasons that the show feels so real is because a few of the actors do double duty as the writers. Looking over this post at Wikipedia, we see that:

Ryan Howard, the temp, wrote “Diversity Day”, “Sexual Harassment”, and “The Fire”.

Kelly Kapour, the Indian woman, wrote “Hot Girl”, “The Dundies”, and one of my favorites, “The Injury”.

Toby, the HR Rep, wrote “Health Care” and “The Client”.

I can’t wait for Michael to try his hand at writing an episode.

Steve Carell wrote the season finale, which means he’s a really good writer in my opinion!
