Dunder Mifflin in California
A reader recently visited the filming location in Van Nuys, CA and snapped a few photos. He said that he wasn’t able to get many because a representative from the show asked him to leave. I guess they aren’t used to having visitors there.
But, he did get a few shots of the building, the signs, and the parking lot with the cars. Below is a shot of Dwight’s car. (Was the bumper on it?) And you can see the rest of the photos here.

Yes I believe the bumper was still intact.
When I arrived I saw the cooks cleaning up lunch, so apparently I had just missed the cast on their lunch break.
It would have been awesome to have met them, but I really wasn’t expecting too.
It was wierd to see everything like it is on the show.

I watched the fire drill episode and only got the building number. How do I find what town and what street? I am not from California, but would love to drive by on an upcoming trip. Thanks!!

You will find this building on the 13900 block of Saticoy street in Van Nuys, CA. I’m guessing at approximately 13931? It’s on the odd-numbered side of the street.

Update: On Google Earth, go to 34 deg, 12′ 39.22″ N, 118deg, 26′ 11.16″ W and you’ll be looking right at “The Office”. The entrance normally shown on the show is the lower right hand corner of the building. The sign is posted atop the fence at the lower left corner of the lot.

I went to the filming site in Van Nuys on 10/19/07 and they now have ivy on the whole front gate so its hard to really see anything. It is awesome tho to just see the building!!

I found the building they use to film, this is also where they film the office.
Just type in 13927 Saticoy and it will show you the building location. Also you can use Streetview.
