Yippee! Bobby Ray Schafer, the actor who plays Bob Vance, has agreed to interview with LITO. I’m so excited.
I have a few questions already, but as I promised in our LITO invitation, the questions would come from all the readers. I want more question ideas from you. So, what do you want me to ask Bobby Ray Shafer? Send the questions in on the contact page.

Here’s a great video about Meredith and the thing she loves most. I love her response to Michael’s announcement that it will be a Booze Cruise.
The official Office site on NBC is reporting that the webisodes will be starting on July 13th.
Also of note, NBC originally planned two episodes of the office for this Thursday, but now it looks like they are offering just one. “Sexual Harassment” at 9:30. This episode is a bit crude for me at times, but it has one of my favorite scenes of all time. We’ll be sure to do a recap on the episode since I didn’t get to do a full one the last time around.
I mentioned that we’d have some contests for these bobbleheads. Here is the first one:
When I first started this site, we were about halfway thru the second season. To get the site up and going, I did quick profiles of each character. I borrowed some text from Wikipedia and wrote short descriptions for others.
This weekend, I went thru some of the episodes and grabbed images to add to the character profiles. I tried to be quite thorough, even with those characters that we just met for an episode or two. It was great to watch some of the old episodes. I’d like to really add to the descriptions of all these characters. It would be wonderful if new Office fans could come and learn all about the characters. So here’s how you win the bobblehead.
Go thru all of the character profiles and add your comments about the character. You can add information that we learned from the show, your personal thoughts about them, which episodes they were in (for the lesser known characters), some of their best quotes, just about anything you’d like. I do have one favor though, let’s keep the descriptions about the character and not about the actress or actor in real life. We want to know all about this person in the show.
I think this will be a great resource for new fans. If I am missing a character that you think should be included, let me know on the contact page. If I agree, then I’ll put up a post and an image so we can start the description for them as well. If I have the info wrong in my description, make sure to note that in the comments as well. I”ll stay very on top of all these characters as we go along.
From all those that participate in this, I’ll choose someone based on the quantity AND quality of their comments about the characters. Then, I’ll send the person a Dwight K Schrute bobblehead. (Even if you don’t win, this still sounds fun right?) We’ll do this for two weeks.

LITO reader Sean, sent me an interesting article that was ran in The Seattle Times today. It’s a little history on Rainn Wilson, including where his name came from:
“My dad wanted to name me Rainer after Rainer Maria Rilke, the famous German poet, but thought that having Mount Rainier so nearby would confuse things, so he went for Rainn. God only knows why he added the extra ‘n.’ ‘Rain’ was probably too hippie-ish, even for him.”

We, the Office watching audience, really liked the season finale. There were a ton of haikus for Casino Night. I have narrowed them down to four….now you get us to one.
1) Secret love no more.
Casino Night takes its toll;
Hearts and wallets strained.

She kissed her “friend” on the lips

3) dwight sees coat rack shake;
