Pam What?

This weekend, I was reading the local Las Vegas paper. One of our writers, Norm, reports on all the celebrity gossip that happens in Las Vegas. (I’m always surprised at how much info he is able to find out from his “spies”.)

Anyway, he was talking about the launching of PamelaPoker.com. It’s a deal joint venture with Pamela Anderson and Doyle Brunson, the famour power player.

When I read the name ” Pam Anderson”, I instinctively said, “Pam. Pam, Pam.” like Michael does when he introduces Pam in the very first episode. (That has always stuck in my head for some reason.)

Well, to make a long story end a little quicker, I wondered what Pam’s new last name would be if she married Roy. I looked up Roy’s name on the NBC site, and wouldn’t you know it. “Roy Anderson”

That’s right. It will/should be “Pam Anderson”, Dunder Mifflin receptionist. Maybe Pam’s stint on the poker show and her bare photo were hints for her future name.
