Also a terrible cartoonist. His cartoons are printed in the local paper, though it’s beyond me how exactly he got them in there.
His date with Pam was not a love connection. Someone needs to tell Jim not to worry.

The show did not specify WHAT local paper Alan worked for. The Scranton Times is the obvious choice, but the “Electric City” is the “edgier” publication… and Alan is certainly “edgy.” Just ask him.
