    He made a good host, sending Ryan off with a gift basket of eggs, fat back bacon, and the aforementioned carving. I would give anything to get a gift basket like that.

    Mose looks pretty young and Amish. I wonder if there will be an episode where Dwight takes Mose out for rumspringa. It would be excellent if Michael participates.

    Dwight’s family is Amish, at least his father’s side. I bet Mose, his facial hair and his farm are all from the Schrute side of the family.

    Michael G- It would probably be cheaper to just make a “FEAR” sweatshirt, lol, just get some red electrical tape and a gray sweatshirt. Probably a $10 trip to Wal-mart :)

    I just realized the other day that Dwight makes reference to Mose in the Injury episode. When Michael doesn’t want to go in with Dwight for the catscan he asks if he can call his cousin Mose. I don’t think that’s the only reference he’s ever made prior to our meeting Mose, but I will say that having actually seen Mose now makes earlier references that much funnier. Do you think they knew in Season 2 they would be writing him into an episode for Season 3? If so they are fantastic long-term planners.

    Well, doesn’t the “Mose” guy actually write episodes as well as play Mose? I think so… and they probably assumed he would fit in somewhere down the line.

    they show a picture of Mose and Dwight on the Office Olympics when Dwight talks about the farm.

    3. Mose is 27 (according to michael)
    4. he is also mentioned in The Carpet (i think it is a deleted scene) and i think Office Olympics
