Drowning Out The Minor Characters

With two offices now and a possible merging into one, there are a lot of characters on this show. This is great because they all add something to the show. But as some of you have mentioned, I feel like there are so many now that we don’t get all of them in the 22 minute episodes.

Personally, I think that the main characters of this show are Michael, Jim, Pam, Dwight, Ryan and Karen. You can guarantee all of them having a part in every episode. What about the other characters? How can you resist Kevins giggle and Andy’s “I’m going to kill you” look?

I trust the writers to keep the show going so well, but if it was up to you. Who would you like to see more of?

My vote went to Andy. He cracks me up more and more each week.

If we can only vote for one, I choose Stanley.

Creed is a scene stealer. But maybe less is more.

i voted for creed, but i’m beginning to love Andy, and i’d always like to see more Stanley, and more Toby/Michael interactions.

    I gotta have more CREED.

I almost passed from laughter when he sat down and told Meredith that Angela is the “office bitch” in The Convention.

    Fantastic…

    Stanley!

I loved Stanley’s part in this week’s episode. It genuinely made me laugh and it was good to see him happy for once. It was funny enough for me to back it up and watch it three or four times.

You’ve gotta give all these folks a line or two every couple of weeks. That’s what separates “The Office” from everything else… you never know who’s gonna steal the show.

i don’t think you can count karen as a main character yet. so i’d vote for more of her. and i think that’ll come true. so that’s great. so yeah.

(voted meredith otherwise. we dont see much of her. drinking problems are great)

You forgot Angela! I tried to do a write in, but it wouldn’t work. :(

How did I forget Angela? Darn! I put her in now.

I guess I considered Karen as a main character because I think that we will hear from her every single episode. I could be wrong though.

My vote was for Toby because I really want to know what Michael’s problem with him is but other characters would have to be Andy for his dead on anger at tiny little things and possibly Josh because all we know about him is that he plays Call of Duty rather agressively.

I was one of the 5 people for Todd Packer. Love that character and the actor..he was hilarious in Anchorman, one of my favorite comedies of all time.

I voted Creed but Angela is my second choice. And even though I hate him, where has Todd Packer been lately?

Love them all. None can be downsized. I need more Toby and more Kevin. I think it’s great where we get a line or two each episode from everyone.

i am creed he is me and we are all together

My daugher is so sweet - she said, “Mommy, you’re like Pam and Dad’s like Jim.” I had to tell her, “No, I’m really more like Creed, and maybe a little Kelly.”

definately Toby…because I love Michael’s reaction to what he says. “I hate so much about the things you choose to be…why are you the way that you are”

Andy is an incredible addition to the show. I can’t wait to see the interaction between him and Dwight.

Can you imagine if they were deranged?

My vote goes to Phyllis. She’s such a nice lady.

By the way, does anyone know what happened to Oscar? He’s not in the credits nor have I seen him since he came out in epi 1.

Oscar went on his vacation for three months to Europe. Although, in real life I think this was done because he is working on a show with Comedy Central.

I have to admit, I haven’t really missed him much. I never really enjoyed his scenes.

Funny that, when you combine the double entries for Oscar, Roy is in last place. We really want him outta here, don’t we?

Although I predict Pam will go out with Roy again. Probably just once though.

    Oscar is listed twice.

    I voted for Stanley.

Damn, I voted for Angela, cause I LOVE Dwangela, but I should have voted for Creed. Or Toby. Toby is like an uncute cute guy. Kind of like Dwight…

We definitely need to see more of Merideth. She hasn’t even flashed her ta’s this season yet.
