Another Round Of The Office
Later today my wife and I will go in to find out what gender our baby will be. As you can imagine, I’m quite excited. It’ll be great news to find out.
Only slightly less good news is what I’m about to tell you. This just in from TVSquad.com:
NBC Entertainment president Kevin Reilly started his network’s portion of the TCA press tour by announcing full-season renewals for four shows: My Name Is Earl, Heroes, Law & Order: SVU, and The Office. This means all four shows will be back for new seasons in the fall. Reilly called those shows, and a number of others, “tent posts” that he thinks will bring the network back to a much stronger position than it has been in recent years.
What a great day.

Is it just me, or is the description of a show as a “tent post” something that Packer would come up with?

My goodness, you guys are awesome.
Rather than post about it again I thought I’d just update this with a comment.
Our baby is a boy and he was ricking and rolling in there. What a special feeling it is to see that. The moment that I made out what the picture was, my heart just stopped. It was so neat.
Thanks again for all the congrats. This baby will give me something to do during the Summer when The Office is on break. =)
