Daily Variety writes, “…she hits a sweet note that would pierce the audience’s collective heart…cheer her on and root for her to find love.”

LA Weekly says “GO!…highly engaging…with sharp direction by Melora Hardin.”

“An amazingly polished and tight script” -Entertainment Today

“Tennor’s acting was multi-dimensional and very captivating.” Metro LA

“The finale serves as the unequivocal show-stopping sequence. Tennor scissors, straddles and mounts an on-stage stripper pole with doses of power and grace that command respect. She leaps at the pole, clinging with taught limbs and cat-like gestures. She makes her way from floor to ceiling, contorting her body in a snaking, sensual show of self-love and erotic discovery.” - Amy Lyons

Directed by Melora Hardin of NBC’s Emmy Award-winning show The Office, StripSearch is about a woman who unveils her discoveries about sex, love, and a twelve-foot pole. There’ll be some literal “unveiling” too…

STRIP SEARCH follows the adventures of Adria Tennor, who, in her quest for bliss, finds herself heartbroken and at her wit’s end with her Midwestern parents’ morals, men (drunk ones in particular), and her hypochondriacal, bored, blond boss. Disillusion, but not without moxie, she follows the advice of her former math teacher, and takes a break from sex, dating, therapy and pilates, and instead gives strip dancing classes a go. Through her dancing she discovers a whole lot more than just a pole in her studio apartment, like her heart’s desire, for one thing, in a sexy, handsome package and a fairy tale love story with a very happy ending.
