Best Week Ever thinks Jim looks like Andrew Speaker, the man with tuberculosis. I don’t see it…does anyone else?

Is the TB guy famous? cause the chick next to him looks like Paris Hilton. He’s actually pretty good looking for a disease spreader. I guess he sorta looks like John
