Steve Carell and his wife Nancy Wall are not the only funny people in the family. According to Steve, his children are crack-ups as well.

“Our son, John, really doesn’t want to eat vegetables.  He just hates them.  So my wife was begging him, “Please, Johnny, you have to eat some vegetables.  You have to.”  Finally he broke down and said, “OK, fine.”

So my wife said, “All right, what are you going to eat?”  And he said, “Carrots.” So my wife asked, “And when are you going to eat them?”  He just looked at her and calmly said, “Next Tuesday at 10:30.”  It was so great, because he completely set up that line!  He knew it was funny, too.  He knew it.”

EW.com caught up with Jenna Fischer and Oscar Nunez and asked them about The Office’s upcoming spin-off information. Guess what?! They are just as “in the dark” as we are! Jenna explains;

“Nobody knew (about the spin-off). But I’m sure if Greg Daniels is in charge of it, it will be great…. There is a lot of speculation about who is going to be in it or what it is about. I’m surprised we haven’t started a pool to take bets on who might be in it. I don’t think I am in it. I have not been asked so far.”

BuddyTV had a chat with BJ Novak to find out about where his character stands after the finale’s YouTube arrest. According to Novak, who also serves as writer to the NBC series, his character Ryan is not going anywhere.

“You will definitely see Ryan next year on The Office.  I tried to keep the ending of the episode a surprise from everyone—even my family—and I did the same thing with Ryan’s promotion at the end of the last season,” he told The Daily.

Anne Hathaway and Steve Carell star in this summer’s much anticipated comedy, “Get Smart”. Parade.com recently interviewed Anne about the movie, and how hard it was to keep a straight face during filming. Also, what was her most memorable moment while filming the movie?

Anne: “The best day for me was when Steve lost it, because Steve never goes, ever. He can keep a straight face with anyone except Alan Arkin. Steve adores Alan, rightly so. I adore Alan. And Alan was just killing it this one day with this run of word play. And the way he was delivering it was so funny. I’m off camera. I am literally just holding my sides, trying not to laugh audibly. And Steve just goes. And it was a very nice moment. I think we all relaxed.”

Rainn Wilson and his dad, Robert, have started a website based on their mutual love of fine art. Rainn explains:

“For us, starting this website is a dream come true and a labor of love as well as a business venture.  You see my dad has a knack for finding works of art and the works of artists that are exciting and special.  For years he’s been collecting some small paintings and lithographs of contemporary masters that he’s picked up at estate sales, auctions and antique stores.  We thought, why not try and sell some of these for a modest profit as well as turn people on to the catalogues of contemporary artists that inspire us? The result of these discussions is right here at WILSON AND SON FINE ART.”
