Calling all Dunderheads!!

Posted on NettesLayouts:

Bobblehead Gary is mainly known throughout the Office fandom on MySpace and even Office fans who don’t have a MySpace page know who Gary is! He’s the creator of the word Dunderhead and is in many ways viewed as the original fan on MySpace. Mostly all of the cast members of ‘The Office’ have talked to him and know him. Angela Kinsey thinks the world of him and Kate Flannery is his biggest fan lol! She even got HIS autograph at The Office Scranton Convention last October. He’s a talented artist and is known for his photoshop Office ‘gags’. He is also an active artist on this website and dear friend of mine.

Bobblehead Gary has been approched by NBC to create Office designs for t-shirts that we’ll be buying from NBC shop! He tells his story in a detailed blog. Here’s some of what he wrote:

NBC UNIVERSAL’S Marketing department contacted me last month and wanted to use my crazy invented OFFICE terms and ideas, and possibly my photoshops. NBC was informed that I was the source of many of the ideas that floated around the internet that they were interested in, and that they could possibly market my stuff into things that the Dunderheads would be interested in.
I wanted to tell you all so badly, but at the time I didn’t know which way it was going.

gosh Nette, I didn’t even notice! But don’t worry, LITO readers are more than used to my poor grammar. I’m sure they’re “conditioned” at this point! lol

This is really interesting that NBC would reach out to the internet Office community for ideas and design input.

Donna, as long as you continue to enthusiastically update us with “all things Office,” you can leave the occasional participle dangling.

A Blog about NBC's "The Office". Because The Office is better than my office.
