As I was going through college orientation this week, we had to take various seminars. One of the seminars was about dangerous drinking and the consequence it has on you and the others around you. They showed various clis from TV Shows like Family Guy as well as YouTube videos, but I was really surprised when they showed us a clip of Steve Carrell and Stephen Colbert back when they were on the The Daily Show together. I thought it was really funny to see our favorite “Office” star in a different light.

What about back in 1996 when Steve Carell and Stephen Colbert were on the Dana Carvey Show? (Hulu)
some of his best work on TDS was a segment called “Even Steph/ven”, where he and Colbert debated each other.

I think they should do another one of these public service announcements, using Meredith from The Office. I have a feeling that her on-camera buzz would be even more memorable than Steve’s.
I love this clip. Steve was great on TDS. I agree that Meredith could serve as a great PSA about the dangers of drinking. I think there may be some YouTube clips of her drunken forays already.
