Hi! Bob here, with the second installment of “Scrantonicity.” This is where LITO dissects and discusses all of the local Scranton references on “The Office,” in a comprehensive, exhausting search, utilizing “state-of-the-art” blow-up and freeze-frame video technology. OK, that’s not exactly true... Basically, these are just observations that, as a Scranton native, I make while lying on my couch watching our old analog TV. I’ll catch the more obvious local references. I’m counting on current Scrantonians to read the “fine print.” Thanks, in advance, for your help. (more…)
Jenna/Pam has a few new MySpace blogs up. In them she chats about her new bobblehead doll, The Emmys, and the most recent blog discusses the “Entertainment Weekly” magazine cover that everyone is gushing about. Included in that blog are three videos from the EW photo shoot. Jenna & John being just sooo cute! *sigh* Some spoilers for the upcoming wedding ep., so be forewarned.

Enjoy! ~Donna
Hi! Bob here, with a quick recap of “The Meeting.” I liked this episode. It wasn’t an “instant classic,” but I thought it featured everything that makes this a great show: office politics, underhanded intrigue, and petty behavior, with a lot of laughs and embarrassing moments mixed in.
First, the cold opening; When Michael asked an earnest Oscar for some advice about a “medical procedure,” I probably wasn’t the only one who quickly guessed what road they were going down. If the misguided discussion about a colonoscopy wasn’t the funniest cold opening ever, it was probably the most cringe-worthy. It definitely was an defining “Office” moment; awkward and underplayed. I’m so glad they don’t have a “laugh track” on this show. You either think that scene is funny, or you don’t. I did. (more…)

The picture on the table of contents page ALONE is worth the price of the magazine (for me and Donna anyway!
). But, for God’s sake, don’t read the article. Not yet, anyway.

Kelly Ripa better get out her highest pair of heels because JKras will be stopping by Live with Regis and Kelly tomorrow. Jeff Probst of Survivor co-hosts instead of Regis; so unfortunately no funny quips from Regis during the interview. All of John’s interveiws are always fun and entertaining. I wonder what great insights into the new season of The Office he’ll be sharing with us?
Also appearing on Live tomorrow will be Jude Law and Jo Frost (The Supernanny). I guess tomorrow’s episode of Live will be sponsored by the letter “J” (or we can just call it the Jeff, John, Jude & Jo show).

So tune in or set your DVR’s, Tivo’s, VCR’s or maybe even check back with LITO at a later date for a posting of the interview.

Aint it Cool News has the titles and descriptions of the next four episodes. I love the title of the wedding one, it sounds like a name we’ll be throwing around for awhile. And the eps sound very good, some real opportunities for laughs here.
