“Oscar being gay is a choice so we can make fun of him for it.” Such a Michael Scott statement. Great scene Bob! I wish they would have kept that conference room scene in actually. It explains the Ryan/Kelly current status and gives Toby a much deserved dig at Michael. Guess they were short on time. Bring back the extended eps!!
That’s exactly what I was thinking! Those “super-sized” 40 minute episodes felt “just right.” What’s up with TV’s rigid “half-hour/hour” schedule anyway? That’s SO old-fashioned! 40 minutes is the NEW half-hour!
I agree Bob, worst case scenario, they cut 10 minutes off the 11:00 news. I don’t think anyone would mind 10 minutes less of reports of crime, natural disasters and political scandals; as long as they leave weather and sports alone, I’m pretty sure nobody would care. You may have something there, you should pitch it to the networks.
What is up with Ryan’s Mr. Rogers look in this scene? What is he trying to prove with the v-neck sweater and holding horn-rimmed glasses? We all see right through you Mr. Howard, stop trying to look all innocent. I bet Kelly thinks he’s being a trend-setter.
