I’m not sure if this theory holds any water; in fact I just came up with it this very second, but it sounds good: My enjoyment of any particular “Office” episode is directly related to the quality of the “cold opening.” If the cold opening is a winner, then it sets a positive tone for the rest of the show. Hmm… Now, I suppose I’ll have to research that theory. I’ll go back and sift through episodes that I consider “classic,” and I’ll note whether they started with a boffo opening. Then, I’ll check out the few “Offices” that I feel were of inferior quality, and monitor those cold openings. Then, I’ll write up the thesis and report my scientific findings. I encourage other LITO-ites to add their two cents’ worth to this body of evidence. We could be on to something… or not. Anyway, on to “The Cover-Up.” Read on »
Aint it Cool News has descriptions of the final three episodes of the season. And, in their patented Invisotext method, they’ve revealed a final twist. But I cannot bring myself to highlight underneath the tease and read it. No Spoilers for me!! How about for you?

Two more before the new episode. Can Michael be seduced by onion rings? Stanley reveals his e-dating stratagies. I guess he’s no longer with Claudia. The second scene is so funny, I’m laughing too hard to even describe it. You’ll have to see for yourself.
Enjoy!

We’ll start off with the most obvious local reference here: Police on the show were baffled because they found a body with no head, hands or feet. How could they identify this body? Luckily, there was an intramedullary rod surgically implanted in one of the victim’s arms, and this steel rod had an ID # from an orthopedist at a hospital from… ta da!… Scranton, Pa! Finally, the break they needed that would lead to the killer! Oh, uh… excuse me, that was from last week’s “Law And Order; Criminal Intent.” Totally different “Body Language” all together there… OK, back to “The Office.”

The first two clips are up. I really like the first one, Michael had to pull himself up from his “Boob straps”, that should have been left in there.
Enjoy!

Hello LITO-ites! Gosh, this season is flying by, isn’t it? I can’t believe “Body Language” is already the 21st episode of this season! Only three episodes left in season 6.
But don’t fret friends, our favorite show has always been good about giving us new webisodes and other little tid-bits to tide us over until next season. Unfortunately, who knows what will happen to The Office after season 7? But for now, we here at LITO want to continue to focus on the positive (deep cleansing breaths everybody!). Read on »
