I was born and raised in Scranton, Pennsylvania, and I still think The Office is the best show on TV. And I’ve never gotten over the cosmic implications of the best show on TV being based in my hometown. This is our “15 minutes of fame,” and dog-gonnit, we very well may be on the 14th minute, but I’m still savoring every local reference! “Scrantonicity” will point out as many of these “mentions” as I can spot, and hopefully other Scranton area readers will fill me in on those more obscure ones that I miss. Aint it Cool News has an interesting story about the next two episodes and in a clever little thing they call “Invisotext” (you can’t see it but if you highlight the area with your mouse you’ll be able to read it) they spill the beans on some spoilers. Some we know already and some… I hadn’t heard until now. And the very last one is: Mindy Kaling may be leaving at season’s end, too? Who knew this? See it all here.
