Life in the Office was founded by Brian Stucki. While he no longer runs this site, we hope you’ll stick around for recaps and other fun stuff from our current writers. Here is Brian’s message:
While I run a few other blogs, this is my first one about a TV show. But “The Office” probably deserves it. It is usually the topic of conversation in my office the day after it is on. I don’t think we’re alone in that so I’m hoping that others will be able chime in on this site.
To catch this blog up I have borrowed heavily from the wikipedia.org entry titled The Office (US). As time goes by I hope to go back to the entries and put in personal writing, but in an effort to get the blog up and running I’ll have to start with this. Thank you very much to those who have written on the Wikipedia entry.

Elyse Moretti, Life In The Office Writer
Hi, Office fans! I am here because Brian started a really special site, and I am happy to have the opportunity to write for it. I firmly believe “The Office” is the best show on television, and it’s my all-time favorite show. I’m an almost-graduate of Case Western Reserve University, and I hail from Pittsburgh, PA. I’ve done a lot of random writing work, but this is my first blog. I am having a great time so far; LITO readers and Office fans in general are terrific.
Update: I have started two personal blogs: Kumu Kula and Psych Technology. Kumu Kula means schoolteacher in Hawai’ian and will detail my work with Teach For America. In Psych Technology, I post about recent applications of technology in therapy.
