The Office star, John Krasinski, has a new movie opening this Friday along with Drew Barrymore, Kristen Bell and Ted Danson. Looks pretty cool. It might just be enough to pull this non-movie goer back into the theaters this weekend. It’s been a long time, ever since I’ve had to add the price of a baby sitter the the cost of the tickets. Oh and Netflix online has kind of played a part in it as well. I don’t think I’ve been out to the movies in about 3 years.

JKras on Sesame Street
You know you’ve finally arrived as a celebrity when they ask you to guest star on the longest running children’s television show in history. John Krasinski, along with the help of Murry the Monster, helped explain to the meaning of the word ‘Soggy’ to children everywhere. Of course, hilarity ensued.
As a mother of toddlers, I frequently watch Sesame Street and encourage my kids to learn their ABC’s and 123′s from those adorable characters I grew up with and loved as well. I always enjoy seeing the celebrity guests, many of whom are parents themselves, that come on to help out those lovable muppets. Perhaps this means that there is a bundle of joy on the way for John and his wife Emily Blunt. (I’m not really one to start rumors though, especially because of our extensive readership; this one could spread like wild fire. 
)
Now all that’s left for JKras to do is host SNL and his career will be complete. (Praying to the SNL Gods to make that happen. 
I’m sure Loren Michaels is reading this blog. Now you see what world I’m living in; clearly not the real one.)

Who knew our serious, often grumpy, crossword puzzle obsessed Stanley had mad singing skills? Check out his new song 2 Be Simple featuring NUM; it’s certainly a side of Stanley we’ve never seen before. Kudos to Leslie David Baker for this fun party song. The video is pretty entertaining too.

Phyllis Smith will be staring along with Cameron Diaz, Jason Segel and Justin Timberlake in a brand new comedy coming out this June. The movie was written by Office writers and Vance Refrigeration delivery men, Gene Stupnitsky and Lee Eisenberg. Looks like a good one.
Will Ferrell has committed to a four-episode arc on NBC’s comedy The Office. He will play a branch manager who comes from the home office and is just as inappropriate as Steve Carell’s Michael Scott character. NBC is still figuring out exactly when the episodes will air, but Ferrell has committed to one episode beyond Carell’s finale, to help create a bridge. Read on »
I meant to post this yesterday as a reminder to tune in to The Tonight Show last night as our very own Jim Halpert was a guest on Conan O’Brain’s couch. Although not in character, we were treated to some very funny Jim faces as well as a unique Marrionette impression, which I believe should be added to John Krasinski’s resume as one of his many talents. We also get a sneak peak at his new movie It’s Complicated opening next Friday. In case you missed it, here are the clips.
