In celebration of this momentous event, we’re giving away prizes to one lucky trivia winner, a Michael Scott Bobblehead and a Dunder Mifflin T-Shirt!

Here’s what you need to do:

1. Log on, or sign up for the LITO forum
2. Click on the “Office Talk” thread
3. Click on the “Trivia Contest” thread
4. Answer the 25 questions listed
5. Email your answers to lito.trivia@gmail.com

If you answer all the questions correctly, you are automatically entered in the drawing for the prizes! Deadline to submit your answers is April 22nd. The winner will be announced on  April  23rd.

  “LITO-ite kgreene has posted a link to his NEW Office fan fiction. You can find it by going to the LITO forum, under “Office goodies.” This guy has a great “ear” for Office dialogue, and his work makes me laugh just like the “real thing.” Even if you don’t have time to get into his full-length episodes, he writes a lot of “cold-openings” that are flat-out hilarious, and take about 2 minutes to read. I really like reading his work, as much as I like watching the fan-videos you keep thankfully digging up. In these bleak “Office-less” times, we addicts have to settle for anything we can get our hands on.
 If it wasn’t for well-written fan-fiction like kgreene’s and those  cool music videos, I’d be like our Office pal Meredith reaching for the hand sanitizer! So if you get the chance, check out kgreene’s latest work.”

One thing is for sure, there is a ton of creativity present in the forums. Today I saw the great thread that had some movie posters for The Office. An example is below.

We have a very craft person over in the forums. He took the fan-submitted Dunder-Mifflin floor plan I posted a while ago and made a game with it.

When I stumbled upon garbelini’s great floor plan design, I knew I had to take advantage of it. Fortunately he agreed to let me use it at PurposeGames.com. That site lets visitors play (and create) Flash games, usually geography maps to help you learn capitals and stuff, but it’s also great for less educational uses.

So, here’s the deal. Let’s see how well you know your Office. I’ll post the link to both games. You go and play them and then report back with your FIRST score. You can play them more than once, bt we only want to hear your first score.

Game One: Scranton Branch Layout - For this one, you’ll have to remember where everyone was sitting before Jim left to Stamford. I’d love to see an updated one, but it’s also fun to see how good your memory is from the early episodes.

Game Two: Hijinks - This is a test of different activities that have happened in The Office.

Here are my scores:

One: 100% in 35.6 secs
Two: 86% in 1min 8 secs

That second one was harder than I thought.

LITO reader Chris started a thread in the forum that asked everyone what the best scene has been so far. There were a whole ton of responses and a lot of good scenes revisited.

Well, Chris went above and beyond and put all these scenes together so we can enjoy them back to back to back, etc. My favorite scene is the “cookie scene” with Dwight, Angela and Ryan. I saw that one in there.

I was reading thru the forums this morning and saw this post about Ed Helms.

Ed Helms is becoming a permanent fixture around “The Office.”

The actor, who has had a recurring role on the NBC comedy series, has been upped to a regular.

For those of you who hate Andy, I don’t think you have to worry so much. Although he has been pretty big in the last couple episodes, I don’t think he’ll always have that large of a role. Now that he knows that Michael is not impressed with his “sucking up”, I think he’ll just calm down a bit and be a fun character like he was in Stamford. Don’t you remember how nice he was in Stamford? “Did you check the vending machine?”
