Only "FutureDwight" could possibly comment on "Employee Transfer." Rolling Eyes

OK, "FutureBob" will go first. I predict "Employee Transfer" is gonna be pretty good, maybe great, but at a half-hour it's gonna feel "short."

LOL.... I agree, FutureBob. I, FutureKevin, will predict that it will come on at 9:00, next Thursday. And that the coffee will be poisoned.

I also fearlessly predict that, like last night, Bob will stand up from the couch and loudly proclaim "I declare bankruptcy!" What? No, sorry. I meant

"Instant Classic!"

When I see FutureJossifer, I'm gonna interrogate her with a picture of "Northern Lights Cannibus Indicus."

Ask FutureJossifer if she has ever pooped a balloon as well.... I have my suspicions, FutureBob.

Oh, and FutureBob? You already know this, I'm sure, but Mike Holmgren will step down next Thursday as well. And Ichiro Suzuki will demand a trade. I predict next Thursday will be a busy day.

ALL RIGHT!!! Brick wall It took 24 hours, but I was finally able to break through and post a reply. SO.... first of all... Think ... well geez Louise, it took so long, now I can't remember anything I had to say. Too bad, I seem to recall having a few salient points, and maybe a "zinger" or two... darn, I hate when that happens. I'll post again later when I think of something.

I can only hope that our discussion of "Employee Transfer" is gonna be every bit as lively as LAST week's forum on "Crime Aid." THAT was quite an episode, wasn't it? Dancing Hmm... it doesn't SEEM like a week went by already... Confused

OK, I KNOW that this is the "Employee Transfer" thread, but I've just GOTTA say something about "Crime Aid." (Yeah... So sue me, I'm a MAVERICK.)

Anyway... I REALLY enjoyed "Crime Aid," as I have ALL the episodes of Season Five so far. I'm not yet ready to declare it an "Instant Classic," but I think the real story here is the high quality of ALL the shows. We are gonna look back at this season and say (sing)... Boo hoo! ... "It was a very good year..." Which, by the way, is MY favorite Bruce Springsteen song. Wink

Sorry for high-jacking the "Employee Transfer" thread, but I had to get that off my chest. Joss, go easy on me. Pray

that thread after she (ahem!) stayed late?

Bob, I have to say, I actually consider "Crime Aid" to be an instant classic. I thought it was great, I really did. So many things happened in this episode and they all just flowed together. My theory is, any time you can cram both David Wallace and Roy into an episode you are headed to (if not classic) then HIGH first tier territory. I love these characters and I love when you can speak to them and they actually respond how you think they will. When Jim was driving to New York I said aloud "Turn around and go home, Jim." Then they get back to him and he's approaching Rt. 80 and he does. It was just such a Jim thing to do.

I really loved this one. You're right Bob, there has been a great consistency so far this season. We'll see where we end up.

And this whole talking-on-next-weeks-show-thread thing is weird.

david wallace... mmmm....break me off a piece of THAT!

*ahem*

now that my usual pervy comment is out of the way, i really enjoyed crime aid but i'd have to rank business ethics just a tad higher. almost, almost there - creed's... creediness (for lack of a better word) helped it along - but not quite there yet.

i'm so happy though, it seems that the quality has been so good of late! i would say so far all of them have been on the brink of breaking into first tier/instant classic territory!

also dwight needs a hug! i bid a penny for the privilige!

Shocked B-Pot, you are fitting in quite well around here!

KG, I am rating "Employee Transfer," oops, I mean "Crime Aid," just ONE measly rung below the First Tier of "Instant Classic." I keep thinking it can get a LITTLE better, maybe NEXT week when we're discussing "Employee Transfer" in the "Customer Survey" thread!

I will be away from my LITO desk (a computer) 'til late Wednesday. I know, I know, most of you will be saying "BFD." But one or two LITO-ites might wonder where I was. Not talking

Of COURSE it's a BFD that you'll be gone until Wednesday, Bob! You're the man! Who else can I make a Mike Holmgren or Ichiro references too?

Wow, I really thought you'd be in agreement with me about "Crime Aid" being an "IC!" (another acronym!). It had all the elements to me. But at least you and B-Pot felt that it was very good, Right up there at the top rung before "IC!" (as I will refer to it from now on.).

Speaking of B-Pot feeling something... David Wallace?!? Well, B-Pot, I'm glad to see you have a range of men you dig, not just the Brad Pitt look-alikes. Wow... David Wallace.... Confused

OK OK, that was my mistake! I logged in on Thursday night after the episode had already aired (I hadn't seen it yet, though) and took this description from NBC, not knowing they'd already updated the "NEXT ON" section. I didn't even realize this description was for the episode after "Crime Aid", so...you got me!

That said, I'm going to move this to the spoilers section because, well, I suck.

Also, I have never pooped a balloon, nor have I been using cannabis whatever it is. Drugs are bad, kids, mmkay?

(Except sweet, sweet generic Nyquil. Thank you for giving me what kind of resembles sleep on these six straight weeks of depositions on my plate.)

(PS I just got married. I'm trying to catch up!)

LOL... Joss! We're sorry, we couldn't help but bust your chops! We know you're busy... but I'm not convinced about your non-drug use, I must say.... Not talking

And congrats! Very happy for you, Newlywed! Dancing
