Ok, so today our hotel had mandatory meetings for employees; the topic was "sexual harrassment." We covered all the usual ground about what's acceptable and what isn't in the workplace.
The instructor was standing in front of an easel with a Sharpie, and she was compiling a list of ways of making physical contact, and what was possibly "over the line." The list included "hugging" and "back rubbing." She asked "And what else might be considered "over the line"? As an Office fan who recently watched "PDA," I couldn't help myself. I called out "All the honkings." The instructor just had a big over her head. She must not be an Office fan. |

That's awesome! I would have burst out laughing. Shame I wasn't there.
I would be those instructors aren't exactly the type to giggle over dirty/potty words like some of us at LITO are. At least "on duty". _________________ "Sandals Jamaica Mon" |

Dog-gonnit, it is a shame you weren't there. An incident happened at this meeting that is absolutely cringe-worthy. And the LITO forum is not the proper venue for discussing such an episode of utter shudder-inducement. Let me know if you want a private e-mail explanation. *

Some stories are not quite "appropriate" for a public forum with such lofty standards as ours. I think we all agree that we wouldn't want to risk the wrath of the LITO moderator. |

I have no wrath. I just thought you were going to send an email, not put it on here.
Edit: Oh, you said moderator, not admin. That one flew right over my head. _________________ Michael: Early worm gets the worm!

I don't know why, but this statement tickled my funny bone.
Love the links Bob!
The Wrath of Khan. What a great flick. So overly dramatic. So cheesy! William Shatner & Ricardo Montelbaum(sp?). What a combo! I'm not ashamed to admit, I've seen that movie at least 5 times...my dad being a trekkie and all! _________________ "Sandals Jamaica Mon" |

We here at LITO are all wondering about Michael Scott's final exit scene from "The Office." I thought this would be a good time to feature Ricardo Montalban's big cinematic moment, "Khan's Last Breath."

Now, that's an exit scene. I hope Michael's goodbye is as memorable. |
